Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox account to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email box accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.
